Brainhunters is committed to placing the right person in the right job, and use their extensive experience and rigorous systems to ensure this happens. We are confident that we do our utmost to ensure success and back this confidence with a six month replacement guarantee which applies from the first to the last day of a candidate's employment. Should any candidate recruited through Brainhunters be terminated or leave our Client's employ during the first six months of employment, we will actively endeavour for a period of four months to find a replacement candidate at no additional cost to our client* if instructed to do so within a four week period directly following the employees termination.

*Conditions apply: Our guarantee excludes additional advertising costs, redundancy, a material alteration to the applicant's job description, adverse employment situations, company liquidation or receivership.
